Osman Saifullah Khan is a member of the Senate of Pakistan and represents the Federal Capital Islamabad. Mr. Khan serves on four Senate Standing Committees: Finance, Information Technology & Telecommunications, Petroleum & Natural Resources, and Planning & Development.
Before his election to the Senate, Osman Saifullah Khan held a variety of strategic and operating roles with the Saif Group, a diversified industrial and services conglomerate headquartered in Islamabad.
Osman Khan has remained a member of the Board of Management of Pakistan State Oil (PSO). He serves on the Advisory Committee to the Planning Commission of Pakistan, is a member of the Policy Board of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and is also an Advisor to the President, Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences (GIKI). Osman Khan is a member of the Young Presidents Organisation (YPO).
Osman has a Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics and Management from Christ Church, University of Oxford (1995), where he was a Britannia Scholar and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University (2009).
